When first starting out in making fishing/fly rods, being able to use a premade cork grip specifically designed for a reel seat is so helpful. Even knowing that one has to ream it out is helpful in training someone how to fit a cork handle to any fishing/fly rod. As always, thank Mudhole for being there for us all.

I have built multiple rods as well as owning several different brands over the last 50 years. Even when I’ve ordered Blanks from other companies always use this grip. They feel great in my hand and no matter how much casting I do I don’t get hand fatigue.
